- Retail profits up to 35% of selling price (52% markup)

- All volume in your organization counts toward your cumulative volume to push you up the
ranks to Executive. There is no time limit to accumulate this volume. You cannot be passed
up by anyone in your organization.
- When you achieve a rank, you always retain that title.
- Easy bonus qualification. You need only $100 Personal Volume in a month to qualify for
Personal Rebates and Builders Bonuses.
- A Qualified Executive is eligible to receive Personal Rebates, Builders Bonuses,
Leadership Bonuses, and Infinity Bonuses.
- There are 2 ways to be a Qualified Executive. You can qualify with only $1000 in Group
Volume of which at least $100 is Personal Volume (all Personal Volume counts as part of
your GV). You can also be a Qualified Executive with only $400 in Personal Volume.

industry and pays you on your entire organization's volume.
- A Generation is an Executive's entire Group Volume (there may be many levels in the
group). Other companies pay on level consisting of only ONE individual and pay only on
that individual's volume.
- With LAMETCO's special form of compression, only a Qualified Executive's Group Volume
counts as a Generation for pay purposes. You DO get paid on all other Executive Generation
Volume but they DO NOT count as a Generation because of the special form of compression
(you get paid on that volume, but it doesn't occupy a Generation).
- Unqualified Roll-up and Inactive Bypass are two other features in the LAMETCO plan which
put more volume in your pay line and INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF YOUR CHECK!
